Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Service Desk Specialist within a leading HR services group in Germany. The specialist will be responsible for managing mobile devices, internet connections, and mobile contracts, as well as handling hardware procurement and configuration (e.g., routers, switches, VPNs, notebooks). A key part of the role involves providing professional and friendly support to customer inquiries via phone, ticketing system, email, or chat, documenting these interactions, and collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar, a degree in Computer Science (Diploma, Bachelor/Master), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in Windows system administration
- Extensive experience with migration projects in the Microsoft Server environment
