Job Summary

As a Working Student in the Digital Markets team in Düsseldorf, you will be actively involved in providing first-level support for the Uniper Digital platform. Your day-to-day will involve individual customer support, answering questions about platform functionality, contracts, and online products, and acting as the first point of contact for technical issues. You will also manage business partner and user accounts, configure roles, and enable digital modules. This role offers the opportunity to maintain and expand the internal knowledge base, perform data evaluations using tools like Power BI and CRM, and support the agile development of the platform, including UI/UX improvements and user acceptance tests. You'll contribute to sub-projects like master data reconciliation and data clean-up, and assist with customer surveys and soft releases, making it an attractive role for those looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic energy company.
