As a Team Lead for ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and architecture of the ServiceNow platform within Schwarz IT. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating and overseeing the customization and architecture of ServiceNow modules and applications, ensuring that all implementations adhere to technical governance, best practices, security, and compliance standards. You will also provide strategic and operational consulting to internal clients, leveraging your expertise in ITIL-based ITSM processes and agile methodologies.
