Job Summary
As a Team Lead for ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and architecture of the ServiceNow platform within Schwarz IT. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating and overseeing the customization and architecture of ServiceNow modules and applications, ensuring that all implementations adhere to technical governance, best practices, security, and compliance standards. You will also provide strategic and operational consulting to internal clients, leveraging your expertise in ITIL-based ITSM processes and agile methodologies. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team, influence platform development, and ensure the future-proof evolution of critical IT solutions for the entire Schwarz Group.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the ServiceNow environment
- Experience in leading teams and project groups
- Practical experience in JavaScript
- Practical experience with agile working methods (SCRUM)
- Technical understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Sound knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes
