Job Summary

This role is for an engaged Client Infrastructure Expert with a focus on CAD, responsible for the support and strategic development of the CAD infrastructure. Day-to-day, you will be the central point of contact for CAD key users, collaborating with them on strategic advancements. You will manage software and plugin deployment via Microsoft Intune, coordinate with license management for resource efficiency, and align with departmental requirements. This position is ideal for someone with IT system administration expertise, strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, and Microsoft Intune/MECM, and a foundational understanding of networking. The role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
