This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, handling incidents and service requests from initial assessment to resolution. The specialist will be responsible for documenting solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base and self-service portal, as well as collaborating closely with IT departments, 3rd-level support, and colleagues across various locations.
