Job Summary
This role involves being the primary point of contact for employees regarding IT-related questions, acting as a crucial link to internal customers. The successful candidate will prioritize and categorize incoming IT requests, resolve common issues, and escalate more complex problems to the second-level support team. Key responsibilities also include setting up, installing, and maintaining PCs, network components, monitors, printers, and scanners for administrative use, as well as managing MS Active Directory Services (ADS) and MS Office 365. This position offers an opportunity to work with high levels of personal responsibility within a leading European IT company, providing comprehensive IT solutions and services. It is initially a temporary employment with the option for permanent hire, based in Bonn.
Required Skills
Education
IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent qualifications
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Service Desk
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the administration of desktop PCs, laptops, and printers
- Good knowledge of working with IT ticketing systems for incidents and service requests
