Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the daily operations of a central clinical laboratory, managing a team of 14 professionals and 3 trainees, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of analytical services, including blood group determinations, cross-matching, molecular diagnostics, clinical chemistry, and drug screenings, processing nearly 1 million analyses annually. The position requires a Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA) with significant experience in a clinical lab setting, ideally with prior leadership responsibilities.
