Job Summary
This role is for a Chemical Laboratory Technician specializing in Gas Chromatography (GC) within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Halle/Westfalen, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the GMP-compliant preparation, calculation, execution, and documentation of analyses using in-house and client methods, as well as relevant pharmacopoeias (Ph. Eur., USP, JP). Key tasks include processing test orders on time, documenting results, performing method transfers and validations, systematic troubleshooting of equipment and methods, and creating standard operating procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and recent graduates to contribute to the production of life-saving medicines within a supportive team, working in a 2-shift model.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical-Technical Assistant
Experience
- Professional experience in chemical laboratory work or as a chemical-technical assistant with relevant GC knowledge
- Experience with GMP-compliant analysis methods
- Experience with pharmacopoeias (Ph. Eur., USP, JP)
