As a Product Operations Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for technical challenges, ensuring efficient analysis and resolution of complex issues. A key part of your role involves quality assurance, testing new features, and proactively eliminating bugs. You'll contribute to the Help Center by writing articles and explaining common customer queries, empowering customers to find solutions independently. Additionally, you will autonomously manage operational tasks such as logistics, hardware orders, and shipping processes, while maintaining an overview of kiosks and IT equipment. This role requires you to become an expert in the product and internal processes, focusing on detail and continuous process improvement. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a similar field with a strong interest in technology.
