You'll contribute to the Help Center by creating articles and clear explanations for common customer inquiries, empowering users to find solutions independently. Additionally, you will independently manage operational tasks such as logistics, hardware orders, and shipping processes. Maintaining an overview of kiosks and IT equipment is crucial to ensure smooth operations. This position requires becoming an expert in the product and internal processes, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous process improvement.
