Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Data Analyst / Process Engineer who will be instrumental in optimizing aftersales and spare parts processes. Day-to-day, you'll analyze data, identify trends, and derive optimization potential, creating transparency for management decisions through KPIs, dashboards, and reports. You will actively contribute to the development of BI and ERP systems within aftersales, conduct scenario analyses for forecasting and customer satisfaction, and ensure data quality. This position offers the chance to drive data-driven decisions collaboratively with sales, service, IT, and logistics teams, and independently manage projects from conception to implementation.
