This role involves shaping the next generation of technical professionals by serving as a Vocational Trainer specializing in Electronics. Day-to-day responsibilities include imparting specialized knowledge in electrical engineering, electronics, and automation, developing and monitoring operational training plans, and conducting both theoretical instruction and practical skills training. A critical component of the job is preparing trainees for their final IHK examinations and participating in the continuous development of training curricula. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in a recognized technical electronics field and hold a mandatory Instructor Aptitude Certificate.
