Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be the central point of contact for user support, providing targeted and traceable problem-solving across diverse system landscapes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing hardware rollouts and IT workplace services, delivering ticket-based onsite support for Windows clients, and offering industrial IT support for panel PCs, scanners, and terminals. You will also be responsible for cabling and setting up common business hardware, as well as conducting weekly visits to customer locations using a company pool vehicle. IT qualification or equivalent
Experience
- Professional experience in setting up and cabling business hardware
- Experience with current Windows operating systems
