Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Second Level Support, based in Mannheim, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and coordinating IT incidents and customer inquiries, both on-site and remotely. A key part of the role involves actively participating in IT infrastructure projects and collaborating with other departments. The technician will also provide support for existing and new IT systems, ensuring the availability and continuous development of customer-specific IT infrastructures. Required Skills
Education

- Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Client environments
