Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be on the front lines, resolving technical issues for a technology group in Donauwörth. Your day-to-day will involve providing 2nd Level Support for printers, networks, and telecommunications directly at the customer's site, handling Windows Client support requests, and installing and configuring hardware and telecom systems. You will also troubleshoot technical malfunctions, perform installations, manage hardware orders and device replacements, and assist with technical projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge in network technology, hardware configuration, and Windows systems, who thrives in a dynamic environment.
