Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling IT inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and phone, processing and creating tickets, and providing problem-oriented customer support while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include logging incidents and their resolutions in an ITSM tool, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues or change requests within Office 365 environments and Windows infrastructures. This position is ideal for individuals with an IT education or initial IT support experience, who are proficient in remote support and have hands-on experience with documentation and ticketing systems, looking for a stable, full-time role with potential for permanent employment.
