Job Summary
This role is for an IT Customer Support Specialist providing 2nd Level Support to large IT clients in the Mannheim area. Day-to-day, you will be installing and configuring new software, documenting solutions in an internal knowledge base, and providing direct, phone, or remote support to users for technical issues. You will also conduct detailed fault analyses and develop appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related vocational training or comparable qualification, good knowledge of network and hardware, experience with ticketing systems, and familiarity with common Windows operating systems. This position offers intensive onboarding, regular training, an attractive salary package, flat hierarchies, and challenging, varied tasks within a well-established team, with the option for permanent employment.
