Job Summary
This role is for an IT Specialist in System Integration looking to join a leading IT company in Munich, specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and system house/e-commerce services. The successful candidate will primarily focus on 2nd Level Support, directly assisting clients with hardware/software installation and configuration, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues. Key responsibilities include VIP support, managing technical inquiries, handling escalation of complex requests, and maintaining Windows clients, printers, and networks.
