Job Summary

This IT Service Technician role in Mannheim offers a chance to join a supportive team at an automotive manufacturing company. You will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of client hardware, including desktops, notebooks, and tablets, with a focus on in-warranty repairs. Day-to-day tasks involve installing and troubleshooting software and operating systems, providing in-person user support at a service point, and documenting issues using a ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related education, detailed knowledge of client hardware, and experience with current Windows operating systems and Office products.
