Job Summary
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be a key player in ensuring seamless IT operations for industrial partners in Germany. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring ITSM processes, ensuring Service Level Agreement compliance, and providing essential First Level Support to users via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will also be responsible for prioritizing and categorizing incoming support requests, and providing dedicated support to assigned key clients. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic team, contribute to infrastructure optimization, and engage in continuous professional development, with the added flexibility of potential home office work.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT Service Technician, or Information Electronics Technician; or comparable professional experience in the IT sector.

- Experience with hardware, current Microsoft operating systems, and standard applications like Microsoft Office
