Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in 2nd Level Onsite Support in Zwickau, Germany. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. Day-to-day, you'll provide on-site and remote support, install and configure IT workstations (PCs, notebooks, smartphones, printers), perform hardware diagnostics and repairs, and manage tickets within the system. The position requires strong skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and standard hardware, coupled with a structured approach to ticket management.
