Job Summary

This role is for an IT Onsite Technician in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, focusing on providing direct IT support and maintenance. Day-to-day, you'll be onboarding users to new hardware and software, setting up and configuring client hardware and peripherals, and resolving IT issues through a ticketing system. You will also be responsible for integrating devices into client networks, analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems, installing standard software, and maintaining documentation and data. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT education or equivalent, with strong all-round IT knowledge, particularly in Microsoft-based desktop systems.
