Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent in Darmstadt, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, playing a crucial role in maintaining smooth IT operations. Your daily tasks will involve qualifying incoming requests, documenting all processes in a ticketing system, and providing essential 1st level support for user accounts, access, and various activations. You will also be responsible for receiving and resolving IT disruptions reported by staff.
