Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician Field Service professional in Ludwigsburg (Württemberg), primarily within the automotive sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing repairs, installations, and exchanges of IT equipment, relocating PC workstations, and conducting client installations. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting Windows 10 and MS Office issues, processing service requests, managing incidents from acceptance to monitoring and documentation, and delivering ready-to-use installations for various devices like laptops, smartphones, and desktops, including data migration. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training in IT or comparable experience, good German and English skills, and ideally a Class B driving license.
