Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician at a service point in Zuffenhausen, focusing on providing direct support to users. Day-to-day, you will conduct on-site fault analyses and resolutions, advise users on hardware and software products, and manage incidents and service requests using ticketing systems.
