Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician at a service point in Zuffenhausen, focusing on providing direct support to users. Day-to-day, you will conduct on-site fault analyses and resolutions, advise users on hardware and software products, and manage incidents and service requests using ticketing systems. You will also be responsible for the administration, management, and maintenance of user end devices such as PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
