Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join a leading and innovative IT company in Ratingen, Germany. You will be instrumental in providing 1st and 2nd level IT support to users, collaborating closely with other departments, and coordinating the escalation of 3rd level inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving technical issues remotely or directly at the IT Link Center, and supporting customer users through a ticketing system in both German and English. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, experience with ticketing systems, and knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, iOS, Android, and presentation systems.
