This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Electrical or Energy Engineer to specialize in the commissioning of FACTS/SVC systems, specifically focusing on SVC PLUS control. Day-to-day, you will support project leaders, develop technical concepts, drawings, and software, and ensure quality through testing and documentation. A significant part of the role involves hands-on commissioning activities at national and international construction sites for approximately three months per year. You will also be responsible for documenting the commissioning process, updating technical documents, and providing training to client personnel. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology
Experience
- Initial professional experience
- Very good knowledge in automation and control technology
- Very good knowledge in MATLAB/Simulink
- Ideally, knowledge in Simatic Step7 and PCS 7
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel for assignments domestically and internationally (approx. 3 months per year on construction sites)
