This role involves contributing to the implementation and maintenance of high-power products within the Technology Cluster, focusing on Broadcast, Broadband Amplifiers, and HF-Transmitters. The Embedded Firmware Developer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of FPGA-based SoC embedded real-time systems. Key day-to-day tasks include designing, simulating, and implementing FPGA logic using VHDL/Verilog, and developing necessary embedded software (Linux or Bare-Metal) for Soft/Hardcore processors on the SoC. A crucial part of the role is collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on requirements analysis, optimizing hardware/software co-designs, and verifying functionality through continuous simulation and validation. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, multi-year experience in FPGA design (VHDL/Verilog), and proficiency in modern, object-oriented C++ within a Linux environment, making this an excellent opportunity for specialists seeking professional growth in cutting-edge high-power technology.
