Job Summary

The Controlling Officer will be responsible for managing expenditures within the rescue service sector for the Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge district. This includes developing and implementing concepts for performance monitoring and quality assurance, analyzing operational data to provide strategic recommendations, and preparing budget estimates and demand plans. The role also involves creating cost and performance reports, participating in fee negotiations, and strategically planning investments for rescue services. Additionally, the officer will handle objection procedures, including legal review and coordination with internal and external departments. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diplom, Bachelor, Fachwirt, or comparable) in Healthcare, Business Administration, Economics, General Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in controlling or related financial management
  • Experience in developing and implementing concepts for performance and quality monitoring
  • Experience in preparing budget and demand plans
  • Experience in cost and performance reporting
  • Experience with objection procedures and legal coordination
