Job Summary

As an HSE Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing health, safety, and environmental performance within your assigned area of responsibility, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. You will leverage your comprehensive HSE knowledge to provide solutions and advice, ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence across the value chain. This position is part of the HSE site organization in Heidelberg, where you will provide technical safety support according to §6 ASiG for your designated area. Key stakeholders include Production, Maintenance, FM, Quality, and R&D. Your day-to-day will involve supporting leaders in risk assessments, advising on incident investigations, assisting with HSE objective reporting, and guiding functions in implementing legal and internal HSE requirements. You will also contribute to developing and promoting a strong safety culture through local implementation of group-wide programs.
