Job Summary
This role involves the operation and continuous development of IT services for document management, enterprise service management, and digital workflows within the city of Ludwigshafen. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming analog processes into digital workflows, developing and maintaining digital workflows, ensuring quality, and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, the position includes developing and maintaining existing and new webservices, handling disruptions, changes, and service requests via a ticketing system, and maintaining IT documentation and the knowledge base. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digitalization of public administration, working with modern technologies and a focus on service and customer orientation.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field, or ability to obtain such a degree by October 1, 2025.
Experience
- Professional experience in webservices administration
- Professional experience in digital workflow development
- Professional experience in IT service management
- Experience with Linux
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to perform maintenance work outside of usual working hours in individual cases.
