Join Vehicle Engineering in Berlin as a Craftsmanship and Perceived Quality Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in designing the next generation of cutting-edge automotive products for Tesla. This position involves owning craftsmanship attribute deliverables for specific vehicle systems, benchmarking competitor vehicles, and defining robust quality targets. You will create and develop gap and flush control documents, establish sensory targets for a world-class user experience, and represent the craftsmanship attribute in design and development meetings. The role requires developing verification testing methods and driving the closure of craftsmanship issues through negotiation and data-driven solutions.
