Job Summary

As a Building Services Technician in Dresden, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless operation of various building systems, including climate control, heating, electrical, and sanitary installations. Your daily tasks will involve conducting regular inspections, functional tests, and minor repairs. You will also be tasked with identifying and reporting system malfunctions early, coordinating external specialists for prompt resolution, and providing technical and organizational support during building modifications. A key part of the role is the regular inspection of safety-critical systems such as fire alarms and emergency lighting, along with meticulous documentation of all interventions.
