The Plant Operator will work in shifts, focusing on the monitoring, control, and operation of critical supply plants. Key daily tasks include conducting routine maintenance and repair work, analyzing and controlling process values to maintain product quality, and meticulously documenting all operational data and test results. Candidates should possess a technical or chemical vocational qualification (e.g., Chemical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic) and demonstrate a high level of safety and environmental awareness. Experience handling gases, chemicals, or hazardous materials is advantageous, but motivated entry-level professionals with technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply. This position offers an attractive, permanent contract in Dresden with comprehensive training and shift allowances.
