This role is for a technically proficient IT Support Specialist focusing on 2nd Level support for Windows and/or Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues within IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Key responsibilities also involve supporting the planning and implementation of system architectures, performing root cause analyses, and collaborating with 1st and 3rd Level support teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration solutions like Office365 and MS Teams.
