Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional specializing in the administration and support of complex Windows and/or Linux environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd Level support, analyzing and resolving technical incidents within the IT infrastructure, including servers and networks, and collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd Level teams on escalations and new technology implementations. The specialist will also be involved in system planning, architecture development, security policy maintenance (including patching and updates), and process documentation. Key requirements include current expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructure, and collaboration tools like Office 365/MS Teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies, including virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), within a secure and continuously evolving IT landscape, requiring strong German communication skills.
