Job Summary

This role requires a technically proficient specialist to manage and support complex Windows and/or Linux environments, focusing on ensuring stable and efficient IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering systems, performing advanced analysis, troubleshooting and resolving technical failures in network and server systems, and collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd level support teams. The specialist will also contribute to planning, implementing, and documenting system architectures, optimizing performance using monitoring tools (like SolarWinds or Prometheus), and implementing security policies (including EDR and Firewall management). Key qualifications include current expertise in Windows/Linux operating systems, experience with network infrastructures, proficiency in collaboration tools such as Office365 and MS Teams, and fluent German (C1 minimum). This position offers a permanent contract, continuous professional development, and the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving modern technologies like VMware, Ansible, and hybrid cloud solutions (Azure, AWS).
