Job Summary

This role involves leading a GMP-compliant chemical laboratory, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of chemical analyses, and fulfilling the 'Head of Quality Control' function as per German pharmaceutical regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring analytical methods, supporting PPQs, and contributing to CPV and PQR reports. A key aspect of the position is leading, motivating, and developing a team, as well as acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding complex analytical and regulatory issues. The role also includes optimizing GMP processes within the laboratory and identifying areas for improvement, making it ideal for a leader with strong analytical and regulatory expertise in a pharmaceutical setting.
