Job Summary
Join a dynamic, interdisciplinary project team as an Electrical Engineering / Building Automation Engineer, contributing to the new construction and renovation of road maintenance depots and administrative buildings. In this role, you will manage and oversee external engineering firms and contractors, ensuring quality and performance. Your responsibilities will also include planning and partial planning services in accordance with HOAI, conducting feasibility studies, and managing the procurement, control, invoicing, and supervision of construction services. This position is ideal for a professional with expertise in smart building engineering, electrical building equipment, energy-efficient building planning, photovoltaics, and energy storage, looking to make a significant impact on public infrastructure in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Diplom (FH)/Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a comparable field.
Experience
- At least three years of practical experience in supply and building technology (or comparable)
- Professional experience in service phases 1-9 of HOAI (Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers)
- Professional experience in project team collaboration
- Professional experience in steering and quality/performance review of external contractors
