Job Summary

As a Senior Service Technician in Cologne, you will be a key player in ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient IT services for the German Armed Forces. Your daily tasks will involve tool-supported troubleshooting and resolution of issues across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments, ensuring adherence to strict response times. You'll manage workstation relocations, provide second-level support as the primary BWI contact for users, and contribute to IT infrastructure development projects. This role requires a strong IT background, experience with ticketing systems, and excellent communication skills to support one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures, contributing directly to national security.
