Job Summary
This role involves critical financial controlling and management of the personnel budget for the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen. The specialist will be instrumental in quarterly personnel controlling, calculating provisions for various employee benefits (pensions, partial retirement, vacation), and coordinating the financing of Bremen's training plans. Key responsibilities also include personnel demand planning for the 'Children and Education' product area, developing key performance indicators, and managing personnel cost subsidies for special budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with database-supported evaluation tools, and advanced MS-Excel proficiency. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) with a focus on administration or economics, or qualification for the first entry-level of career group 2, or certified administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt*in)
Experience
- Professional experience in personnel budget management, personnel management, and personnel controlling
- Experience in personnel management using employment target figures and personnel volume in public administrations
- Experience in using database-supported evaluation tools
- Practical experience in using MS-Excel for complex spreadsheets and data analysis
