Job Summary

This role involves driving the digitalization of public administration in Bremen, Germany, with a focus on the 'unified business account' product. Day-to-day, you will manage product operations, lead conceptual development for user-centricity and interoperability, and oversee stakeholder and requirements management. A key part of the job is steering the nationwide rollout of the business account, providing user support, and representing Bremen in federal IT committees like the IT Planning Council. You will also coordinate with IT service providers and federal partners. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Administrative Sciences, or Business Administration, OR qualification for career group 2, second entry-level office

Experience

  • Professional experience in product management or IT project management, including planning and controlling
  • Good knowledge of federal administrative digitalization, especially in the context of the OZG and its basic components
  • Knowledge of the structures and committees of federal IT cooperation (IT Planning Council, FITKO, steering committees) and collaboration with authorities and coordination processes at state or federal level
