Job Summary

This role involves providing 2nd level support for large-scale energy storage solutions, working closely with the development department to resolve issues via phone and email. A key responsibility is conducting online fault analyses on field storage systems and optimizing existing analysis processes in collaboration with the Quality Management team. The position also requires managing external service providers for commissioning, maintenance, and repair, and supporting the planning and project management of large-scale storage solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in electrical engineering, experience in sales processes and customer care, and a strong ability to analyze market and customer requirements. Occasional on-site customer visits for commissioning and troubleshooting in the DACH region are also part of the job.
