Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing a quality team of approximately 18 employees, fostering a strong quality culture throughout the company. The Head of Quality will serve as the primary contact for customers on quality-related issues, including managing complaints and ensuring timely, sustainable resolution using methods like 8D-Reports. A key responsibility is ensuring compliance with quality requirements for products and processes, adhering to relevant norms and standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA. The position also includes project management (APQP, RGA), contributing to corporate strategy, and preparing investment decisions. The successful candidate will establish a Q-Reporting system, implement Q-guidelines, and coordinate all quality audits, including IATF and VDA 6.3 audits, to maintain a high level of quality across the company and its suppliers.
