Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist, either an experienced professional or a newcomer, to join FERCHAU's team and help advance technology solutions. Day-to-day, you will ensure smooth IT operations, classify and dispatch tickets, and resolve problems, change requests, and incident inquiries. Responsibilities also include installing and managing workstations (PCs, phones, printers) and local servers, Active Directory management, and performing hardware/software installations, configurations, and upgrades. You will act as a communication interface between users and other support teams and assist with IT project topics. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Administrator, possess strong service orientation, and have initial IT support experience. Good German language skills are required.
