Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Technician or Master Craftsman looking to advance their career in IT and Engineering by supporting innovative technology solutions across Europe, Russia, Africa, and India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via telephone, handling basic inquiries, and managing the entire lifecycle of customer support tickets until resolution. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating calls using CRM dashboards, identifying opportunities for preventive maintenance or performance enhancements in customer systems, and coordinating exchange part orders. Key qualifications include a background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, practical experience in machine and plant construction, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP. The position requires flexibility for shift work (late, night, and occasional weekends) and excellent English language skills to support a diverse international customer base.

Required Skills

Education

Technician or Master Craftsman qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in assembly or commissioning in machine and plant construction
  • Professional experience in technical fields (Technician or Master Craftsman level)
  • Knowledge of automated application technology and robotics (desirable)
