Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Microbiology, you will be an operational leader, overseeing a team focused on routine microbiological diagnostics, mold analysis, and biological department tasks. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting analyses as a responsible examiner, ensuring quality standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO 17025, and monitoring the timely processing of orders. You will also be responsible for planning and organizing personnel and equipment capacities, and collaborating closely with department management on investment plans, staffing, and training needs. This role offers a permanent contract, a responsible and varied position with creative freedom, and the opportunity to contribute to environmental protection within a supportive team.
