Job Summary

This role involves supporting the complex analytical services of an environmental control laboratory by ensuring seamless IT operations. The IT System Integrator will serve as the primary point of contact for IT users, handling comprehensive support and troubleshooting both remotely and on-site. A key focus will be coordinating communication between users and specialized IT teams through effective classification and processing of tickets. Furthermore, the role actively contributes to IT-supported process optimization, including the automation of laboratory processes and the integration of specialized lab devices. You will actively participate in hardware, software, customer, and LIMS sub-projects, ensuring meticulous documentation and inventory management of IT assets. Candidates must possess a background in IT System Integration and at least three years of professional experience.
