As an IT Rollout / IT Supporter, you will be a key member of the IT support team, providing 1st and 2nd level support to approximately 2000 Windows clients across Germany. Your daily tasks will involve remote assistance for IT users, managing incidents and requests, and documenting all activities in a ticketing system. You will also handle the administration, installation, and central software distribution, ensuring smooth operation of applications like Microsoft, Office 365, and Cisco VoIP. This position is ideal for someone with a strong service mentality, excellent Windows and Google skills, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team, with the added benefit of a 100% home office option after initial training.
