Job Summary

This role involves supporting and optimizing the company's IT system landscape, focusing on improving user-friendliness and availability. Day-to-day tasks include participating in the conception, implementation, and setup of IT infrastructure and networks across Germany, as well as managing global and local infrastructure installations. A core responsibility is handling First and Second-Level Support, managing client and user administration, and overseeing Mobile Device Management (MDM), servers, printers, networks, PCs, and telephony systems. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT education, strong foundational knowledge of Windows Client and Server environments, expertise in Active Directory, and solid PC/network hardware knowledge.
